Eric Paplaya is going to bring the crown back to Austria. He is singing a modern song with lots of energy. In his videoclip he is showing solidarity with AIDS and HIV – that’s also the theme in his song “Get A Life – get alive”. |
Austria has returned to the Eurovision Song Contest. Rumors said, that Austria was not further interested in participating due to the bad results in Kiev. Maybe it’s just a reason of money, because Austria has also many fans and people watch it every year. Austria has only won once in 1966 with Udo Jürgens “Merci Cherie”. Vienna would be a terrific place to host the contest again.
