Having Albania within the Eurovision family was a great surprise in 2004. After another two attempts it’s obvious that Albania tries to present music with a strong folkloristic style - just popular Albanian music. Nothing in particular to fancy the people from Sweden or the UK. The less could imagine Albanian music before. But it’s an honor to have Albania with it’s traditional music in the competition. Beside of the fact that Albania is not that successful, it’s always an exotic diversion for the spectators at the Eurovision night.
